Thursday. We rent bicycles. Unfortunately, they are not like our speedy road bikes back home. These are slow bikes. And the seats hurt our butts. Regardless, we head out of Charlottetown on the "Confederation Trail", a bike path that goes from one end of the island all the way to the other. We ride this for a bit, and then head to the roads. In all, we probably biked between 35 and 40 miles round trip.

On the bike path, Alayne stops at an apple tree.

The beach.

There were lots of lady bugs on this beach.

Alayne is tired from biking.

These lady bugs were doing it.

Alayne gets ready to hop back on the bike.
